Sheet vinyl is your standard vinyl flooring. It comes in large rolls that the installer then cuts to fit the floor. Because it is one solid sheet, it is excellent for bathrooms and basements. There is much less chance of water seeping underneath and ruining it and your subfloor. It is also called resilient flooring.
